In early May, the mC-VAULT was a folder. From there, the system compounded:

• Ten canonical prompt workflows covering intake, retrieval, and session management
• A Tools Registry — so all automation built for the vault was findable, not forgotten
• A wrapup skill — so sessions closed properly, capturing decisions and open questions instead of just ending when the conversation window did
• Machine-agnostic path resolution — so Bo or any future contributor could open the vault on any machine without broken file paths

The building got wired, floor by floor.

The Vault of Experts arrived from a parallel track.

Bo's background spans Wall Street, the World Bank, bilateral institutions, and beyond — the kind of accumulated judgment that is genuinely difficult to find in one place and impossible to automate away.
